Health Arts 

  

Qigong is based on Taoist principles

to balance and harmonise ones mind, 

body and spirit. It has long been prescribed 

by Chinese medical doctors as an effective 

form of prevention and treatment of disease.

  

Martial Arts

  

Chinese Gongfu (Kung fu) has formed into two disciplines: 

The external discipline promotes body strength, speed, 

power, flexibility, endurance and overall fitness. 

The internal discipline offers an alternative to the external discipline.

Its soft approach is suitable for any gender, body type or state of health. 

It promotes Qi (internal power), mental and emotional balance, and general

wellbeing. 

  

Both disciplines can be utilised for martial application and self-defence.

 

Greenchi offers personal training and classes in the health/internal disciplines

of Qigong, Tai chi, Xingyiquan, and the external discipline of Liuhemen,

and Gongfu based fitness programs.
