"I was diagnosed with an irregular heart beat  and Chronic Fatigue syndrome. I was in my early twenties. A traditional Chinese medical practitioner said to me, “…One must live in accord with nature to be healthy.”… This changed my life forever and the journey has lead me to the inevitable stage of offering these classes in ancient Chinese health training.”

Formation

For many years Teacher Seow had ill health from his teens into his early twenties.

Wanting no more, of being ever susceptible to colds, flues and just plain debilitated

from his low immunity to everything, he sought the help of a Chinese medical

doctor. Taking on the recommendation of starting a physical practice to nourish the

blood, meat, bones and spirit.

Within six months of starting training in Tai chi and gongfu Teacher Seow had

overcome his health problems and decided to dedicate his time to training. This

eventually led him to move to China and study with the masters and compete in

local tournaments to develop his skill.

My Tai Chi

Since returning to Australia Ben has partnered up with the Arthritis Foundation of

Victoria to create and develop a new course for their consumers. The course,

"My Tai Chi", is based on the powerful yet gentle Taiji qigong form. The Focus is on

the application of the principles to directly access the benefits of corrective posture

and breathing. Thus in turn, providing the tools and deeper understanding of how

these health arts promote wellness of being.
